In July 2010, students from Year 10 (current year 11) took part in a project to shoot a film in a day. Over three weeks of preparation they planned and scripted their short film "Icarus", which was then filmed using professional equipment. The film was premiered on 29th January 2011 at the Curzon cinema, Mayfair and is documented here as part of INK Ideas.

Impressions & Prejudices Video
This art video takes a very simple structure but is surprisingly effective at revealing about people's prejudices and preconceptions of 'others'. It might be a useful video to present in Citizenship since many of my photography students are intrigued by the way that we make snap judgements based on people's physiognomy and hidden body language, however, when asked if they would do it with people in the school, they are very fearful. And rightly so judging by the graffiti around school!
