  1. Thanks, Dan. These look very interesting. I particularly like the animated talk about motivation as it makes the point very clearly that having some flexibility and structured freedom that allows for personal outcomes actually leads to more productivity. It would be interesting to discuss how the timetable structure in most schools, including Fortismere, goes against supporting staff and students to motivate themselves due to it always being fixed and predictable. A half-day on Wednesday when staff could run collaborative activities for KS3-4 and the sixth form could get involved it would make an excellent start!
